well why not book iit on monday say for a group of 8-9 then at least we can change it as thing develop

OK, can I leave that to you then, as I'm busy after work on Monday? Outdoors, 27th August.

Everyone OK with karting?

villarule- 07-01-2005
Im happy with that yea

Graham- 07-01-2005
yea mate no problem. ill book it for 10 better to have to much than to little and im sure i can fill the numbers up, i know for a fact russel is dying to go again tongue.gif

Glyn- 07-02-2005
If you can try and get it as late in the day as possible - gives us all time to get there on the Saturday smile.gif

Seeing as a large number of VTers are going, I think we should have checks in place for boxes of drawing pins before we climb in the karts tongue.gif

Graham- 07-02-2005
well their open till 9pm so should i book it for 8pm?? because it does take a while to get down there and the traffic at the tyne tunnel can be a nightmare

Glyn- 07-02-2005
I wasn't thinking that late tongue.gif

I had in mind something around tea time, or just before (4-5pm) thinking they'd close around 5-6ish

Gav- 07-02-2005
Yeah, 6ish sounds best IMO. Remember we've got an early start the next morning, and Neil, Ian, Jon, Ellis and anyone else would have had a long journey already. smile.gif

Glyn- 07-02-2005
...and some of us have to drive another 100 miles or so tongue.gif

Graham- 07-03-2005
tongue.gif hehe no problem, ill get straight on it tomorrow.

Glyn- 07-04-2005
...and progress?

Graham- 07-04-2005
i have plenty of updates.

the karting is booked for the saturday at 6pm on the dot.

And to ease the camping strain on the people traveling, if all goes to plan i might be able to borrow my cousins caravan which can cater for 5-6 people smile.gif but thats not definate i gotta see the site manager also when im there ill get some prices for pitching tents.

And some good news on the karts, i was talking to a guy i work with and he said "the karts engines have changed from 325cc to 390cc and they now come with a little digi display which display your lap time" smile.gif

Do they have Pribluda pre-installed?

Are they GPLRA compatable?

Can I download the replay the next day?

Cheers for booking biggrin.gif

Graham- 07-04-2005
yes gav they do have pribluda

taken from KNE website

"Race data will be beamed from our state of the art computer timing system directly to an onboard display mounted on the steering wheel of each kart. This shows current race positions, lap times and most importantly, how many seconds you are from the kart in front."

just.....................sweet
