you're taking the route Calais, Rouen, Le Mans right?

according to "viamichelin" the best route for me and kris is Antwerp, Paris, Le Mans. But i dont think Paris is such a good idea because of the amount of traffic...

if we go the Calais-route we could meet up at Calais or something, and maybe load some stuff into my car if your cars are stuffed

Well, we thought we might visit Normandy or somewhere once we got to France.

But yes we'd be taking Calais, Rouen, Le Mans.

So maybe a meet up where ever we chose to visit i,e Normandy. In many ways it makes sense to go in a convo of cars because then we don't have to mess about playing silly buggers saving field space for each other And ofcourse Martyns walky talkie radios probably work better over shortish range anyway.

Although having said that going a day earlier we wouldn't really have that problem, since we were amongst the first to arrive last year dispite going round in cirles around Le Mans for ages

for driving i guess we could do shifts so no one gets tired after all i guess we all got licence

lol, even if we don't take my car (which will still be the 306 unless anything... interesting.. happens with it) my insurance covers me driving any other car at 3rd party so I can drive whatever

I sense a uber 1667 empty bottle moutain in the making.

I dont mind driving next year, Ill have some form of new car by then (possibly a Clio lol), so whatever it is itll be bigger than my Ka.

Lets try and get the amount of cars decided so that we can get the camping booked. I honestly dont mind camping in the same place as last year again, although a shower would be appreciated... and I thinking leaving on the tuesday is a great idea, perhaps around midday. In fact, I think the ferry we got to the Spa 24 hours was quite cheap, leaving mid/late morning, so something like that would be good, we (people like me, Jim etc...) could leave home at around 7am, which is too bad.

Whatever though, lets get this sorted, as I always say... preferably before everyone shuts for Christmas this time!

I could drive, I'm not overly fussed.

But first I'd want to invest in a sat nav system *not nessacarily the sony satu system from sony*

And a competent passenger who'd be capable of keeping a straight head if anything went wrong.
