Belcar/britcar @ Zolder

I'll be going to Zolder for the Belcar masters and Britcar on 22/23 October anyone else interested in going?

Aswell as belcar and britcar, there's minis, legends and according to Zolder's website tickets only cost €7,50.

Me an my bro went to the Belcar race there last year. Cool series with lots of different cars.

Would love to go as Zolder is always a great circuit to visit, dunno if I'll have time for it though... If I have I'll ask one of my colleagues at work for free tickets seeing that he's one of the race directors (or at least something similar) at Zolder

Although I'd like to go, and I do have annual leave this month.

It's also a bit close to a important date, we're going to put my nannies ashes somewhere in Boston like she wanted this month, so that's something I'll have to prioritise over Britcar to be honest.

Hmmm... I've got a soft spot for Belcar and Zolder isn't awfully far away, so depending on whether or not I need to attend Uni on October 24th I might turn up.
As always though chances are I'll have to retreat at a later point

I might turn up there, can't tell for sure right now though.

bit busy with uni work coming towards the end of this month so i doubt i could come, unless its go saturday, come back sunday

That's exactly what it is, booked the tunnel for early saturday morning and return at 10pm on sunday

On the outside of the exit of the first corner is a good spot. Usually not a lot of people there. You can almost touch the cars exiting the pits there

It always looks like that part of the track is off limits for visitors because it's fenced off, but they always leave a gap somewhere...

Anyone going then?

I actually found a train that takes me to Zolder and somehow I'll manage to get to the track from there. I got enough time too.
The problem is that I can't take many things with me, so if anyone else is going and can offer me a place to sleep (back seat of a car or something) I'd be eternally gracious

Yes I'm still going, should be there for around 9am on saturday. Can lend you a tent if you like.

Shame there's so much qualifying and practice for britcar, ott for one race. Most of the drivers wanted to get rid of second qually and put a race in sadly they didn't get their way.
